Return Policy
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase.
If for any reason you are not happy with your order, we accept returns for exchange or store credit only within 10 days of delivery.
Return Requirements
- You must contact us first at raybvinas@gmail.com within 10 days of receiving your order.
- Returns sent without prior email authorization cannot be accepted.
- Returned items must be unused, in original packaging, and in brand-new condition.
- Sealed or blind-box items can only be returned if unopened.
- Shipping costs are non-refundable.
- If you received free or flat-rate shipping, our actual shipping and handling costs (both ways) will be deducted from your store credit.
Non-Returnable Items
Certain products cannot be returned or exchanged:
- Gallery and exhibition items
- Original artwork or customized pieces (including personalized jewelry or toys)
- Pre-order items (once payment has been processed)
All sales are final for these categories once payment has been received.
Shipping Policy
We aim to ship all confirmed orders within 1 business day (24 hours).
You’ll receive an email confirmation with tracking details once your order has shipped.
Domestic Shipping (United States)
All U.S. orders are shipped via one of the following services:
- UPS Ground
- USPS First Class
- USPS Priority Mail
- USPS Express Mail
Estimated delivery times after shipment:
- USPS First Class: 5–7 business days
- USPS Priority: 2–3 business days
- USPS Express: 1–2 business days
International Shipping
We ship worldwide using:
- USPS Express Mail International (3–5 business days)
- USPS Priority Mail International (6–10 business days)
- USPS First Class International (time varies by destination, may take up to 60 days)
Please note: International delivery times are estimates and do not include customs clearance delays, which vary by country.
Flat Rate and Free Shipping
Flat Rate and Free Shipping are available for U.S. domestic orders only.
We will choose the most economical carrier and service for your location (UPS Ground, USPS First Class, or USPS Priority).
If you prefer a specific carrier or service, please select that option during checkout.
Exclusions:
Some oversized or heavy items may not qualify for Flat Rate or Free Shipping. This will be noted on the product page.
Pre-Order Items
If your order includes a pre-order item, it will ship once the product arrives from the manufacturer.
Estimated ship dates are shown in each product description. You’ll receive tracking details once the item is dispatched.
Additional Information
- We are not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier, weather conditions, or customs processing.
- Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout; we cannot redirect packages once shipped.
- Lost or stolen packages must be reported to the shipping carrier for claim investigation.
